For those who have the desire and will to cultivate professional interests even more.
Head of the Boarding School, Helle Høgh reports:
“On Saturday the students warmed up for Sunday making decorations. On Sunday all of the staff joined to have a nice time together with the students and teach them some traditional Christmas preparation activities like making dainties, Christmas cookies and decorations. The draw turned out to be baking “æbleskiver” (a doughnut-like pastry) – homemade pastry beats the supermarket’s anytime. Some students also chose to place themselves in front of the fireplace and learn how to knit or crochet.
Last but not least, all the joint facilities were decorated. So, we’re ready for Christmas.”
In December there will be a traditional Danish Christmas dinner and a Christmas lunch (without the schnapps, though).
